This was the goal of the founders of hr bot factory when, after more than 20 years holding various human resources management positions at different multinationals, they decided to set up a company which would allow, thanks to technology and, to be precise, Artificial Intelligence, the automation of processes with zero added value which were highly inefficient and very frustrating, of which they had both had first-hand experience.
The proposal was clear: Software which is easy to use which would really help people management teams to hire better and faster.
